What to include in the request

• The resident's full legal name
• The property address, including unit number
• The dates you are asking about
• The resident's signed authorization to release the information
• Where to send the response, and any form that needs completing

Why we need authorization

Tenancy and payment history is personal information. We do not release it about a current or former resident without their written permission. A request that arrives without one is not ignored, it simply cannot be answered until the authorization does.

If you are the resident

You do not need to go through a third party. Email us from the address on your lease and tell us what you need the letter to confirm and who it is going to.
