How do I reach RL Property Management?
750 Cross Pointe Rd STE B
Columbus, OH 43230
Office hours by appointment only
Can I visit the office?
By appointment, yes. The office at 750 Cross Pointe Rd STE B is not a walk-in counter, and office hours are by appointment only. Most of the team spends the day at properties across the Columbus metro, so someone showing up unannounced usually finds nobody who can help with their specific question.
Call (614) 725-3059 or email info@rlpmg.com and we will set a time. Key pickup at the office is free for owners, and it is worth calling ahead for that too.
What should I have ready when I call?
If you own the property: the address, whether it is currently occupied, the rent it is getting now, and whether it is under management with someone else today. That is enough for a useful first conversation and enough to run a rent evaluation.
If you rent from us: the property address and, for a repair, what is wrong and when it started. Maintenance requests submitted through the resident portal are logged and tracked, which a phone call is not, so use the portal for anything that is not an emergency.
Who should I contact for what?
The main line handles everything, but several of these go faster if you start in the right place.
-
You own a rental and want a quote
Start with a free rent evaluation. It puts a number on the unit before anyone talks about fees.
-
You own several units
Investor pricing is published: 10% off monthly management at 5 to 9 units, 15% at 10 to 19, and 25% at 20 to 39. From 40 units, pricing is custom. For 40 or more units, ask for a consultation.
-
You rent from us and need a repair
Submit it through the resident maintenance request so it is logged and tracked. Emergencies are covered 24/7.
-
You rent from us and want to pay rent
Rent is due on the 1st and is paid through the resident portal.
-
You are looking for a place to rent
Available homes are listed with photos, rent and application requirements.
-
You want a job here
Open roles and the benefits attached to them are on the careers page.
What areas does RL Property Management cover?
25 communities across Central Ohio, anchored in Columbus and Franklin County and extending into Delaware, Fairfield, Licking, Union, Madison and Pickaway counties. Evictions for the great majority of the portfolio run through the Franklin County Municipal Court.
If your property is outside that footprint, say so on the first call. We would rather tell you no quickly than take on a property we cannot get to when something breaks. See the full list of areas.

Who do I ask for?
